FAQ

1. What are the store location and business operation hours?
Online shopping is only available in Gala City Lepapa Market now. Business hours: 9.30 am to 9.30 pm
2. What is your delivery schedule?
12 pm to 8 pm
3. When will my order be ready to collect?
Your order will be ready to pick up based on the time schedule that you’ve selected during the transaction.
4. Is there a minimum spend for pick up orders?
No, there is no minimum spend for pick up orders.
5. How will my pick up order be packed?
You can choose to have your pick up orders packed into plastic bags or packed directly into your own reusable bags during the collection.
6. How do I report an issue regarding my order?

You may email us at [email protected] to report order issues.
We kindly ask for the following information so that we can provide you with a solution as speedily as possible:
– Order number
– Brief description of issue / affected item
– Photos of affected item with clear views of the bar code (for damaged / incorrect items)

7. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order if your Personal Shopper has not started the shopping process. For technical reasons, you cannot cancel your order once shopping has commenced.
8. How can I receive and confirm my order?
For Grab delivery, we will arrange staff to do the packing after receiving the order. Then, we will coordinate with Grab Express to deliver the stocks till doorstep. For self pick up, we will ready the stocks 30 minutes after receiving your order U may confirm your ordering with our person in charge or customer service via email at [email protected]
